Join this FREE seminar which covers ways to move your body, improve your health and remove hazards, to help keep older adults strong, independent and prevent falls.
Falls are preventable Accidents don’t just happen.
Each year nearly one quarter of people over 60 will experience a fall, some resulting in serious injury and not being able to return to independent living. The session will help you avoid becoming a statistic.
The session will also briefly touch on the funding and services available to support you to live independantly in your own home and community.
Dr Nicky Howe, CEO Southcare will also give an overview of your options for home care services.
Places are limited and registrations are essential. Please feel welcome to bring your carers and family who support you, but please add their details to your registration.
Who should attend?
The seminar is free and open to all community members, regardless of age or health conditions.
